How Preorders work

Once you pay a 20% deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Our customer service representative will contact you via WhatsApp or call to arrange final payment and delivery once your order is ready. Delivery fees are paid separately to couriers. Orders that take longer than 10 working days are eligible for refund.
